1. No Refunds

NextGen Collective Firm does not offer refunds for any subscription fees or payments made for services rendered. As a service-based business, we are unable to provide refunds once the subscription fee has been paid.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid to NextGen Collective Firm are non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscriber has used the services or not. Once payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be reversed.

3. Service Provision

Upon payment of the subscription fee, subscribers gain access to the services provided by NextGen Collective Firm, including but not limited to access to the funded pool, copy trading program, and community resources. Subscribers understand that they are paying for the opportunity to access these services and that no refunds will be issued.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our no-refund policy. Regardless of the circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the services or inability to access the services, NextGen Collective Firm does not provide refunds.
